Vice President of Global Sales (Remote) Contract Type: Independent Contractor Location: 100% Remote — Open to LATAM & South Africa Compensation: USD $5,000 - $6,500/month (based on experience) About The Opportunity We are a global organization operating within the logistics and international mobility sector, delivering end-to-end solutions that support the movement of people and goods worldwide. With a strong international presence and a customer‑centric approach, we partner with organizations across multiple regions to deliver reliable, high‑quality services. The Role We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Sales to lead and scale our global sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, defining global sales strategy, building and leading a high‑performing sales team, and strengthening key client relationships across international markets. Key Responsibilities Define and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed international sales team Drive new client acquisition and oversee the full sales lifecycle Establish quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver accurate forecasting Monitor performance and adjust strategies, territories, and incentives as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners Collaborate with marketing on sales enablement and promotional initiatives Oversee RFP responses and complex sales opportunities Provide regular sales reporting and insights to executive leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience 4+ years of international sales experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, or global mobility 4+ years of sales leadership or people management experience Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and sales performance metrics Excellent communication skills and experience working across cultures Self‑directed, results‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced global environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
