Develop clear and transparent financial results for decision making. Give proper support to all departments in the Factory on financial topics. Create management presentations. Lead financial controllers (2)**Responsibilities**:- Controlling of accounts in the financials of Queretaro Factory- Strategic Planning for Forecast and Budget- Financial monthly reporting- Support to other FQ areas in financial topics- Management presentations and results- Promote digitalization and automationWhat will you need to succeed?- Fluent in English- Analytical skills- Leader skills- Expert excel user- SAP or MRP knowledge preferred.- Finance, Accounting, or related background- Communication skills, teamwork- Seniority experience
