The Functionary has handled over 5 million support requests, delivering market-leading customer satisfaction scores, to empower customers to get the help they need when they need it.**Summary of the position****Responsibilities**:- Design and develop technical training materials, including instructor-led presentations, online modules, and hands-on exercises, and learning checks/evaluations.- Deliver technical training to the service desk team, both in person and online.- Ensure graduates meet and exceed the client's technical and customer service expectations.- Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and best practices in the industry, and incorporate them into training materials and delivery.- Collaborate with service desk managers and team members to identify areas for improvement in technical knowledge and skills.- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training and identify areas for further development.Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably as a trainer or supervisor, with a focus on service desk support.- Strong understanding of various technical platforms and systems, including operating systems, ticketing tools, networking, and hardware.- Excellent English communication and instructional skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present technical concepts to a diverse audience (Must have).- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering technical training programs (Ideal).
