Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff._What a typical day looks like:- _ Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures._- _ Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions._- _ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols._- _ Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system._- _ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement._- _ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions._- _ Monitors volume of business and determines appropriate work schedule._- _ Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met._- _ Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment._- _ Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture._- _ Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses._- _ Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory and reconciling records._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Warehouse Manager_- _ Experience in manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Knowledge with KPIs (veracity of inventories, estimate of spaces and HC)_- _ Experience with implementation of improvements_- _ Personal _management- _ Fluent English_- _ Knowledge with RP Baan is also a Plus_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain
