Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse- Responsible for inventory accuracy- Experience with warehouse SMK.- Knowledge in the use of the BAAN System.- Experience in Metal Industry (desirable).The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree- Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceEM57Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
