The Marketing analytics Sr Manager is an individual in charge of driving continuous improvements through data-driven decision-making which requires the ability to close the gap between data and actionable insights a well as the ability to communicate those insights. This person should be detail- oriented and comfortable managing situations with high uncertainty since continuously is breaking the status quo as well as working and managing peers and the project itself.In its role is responsible for planning, designing, executing and measuring initiatives while quickly adapting to changes in priorities, which requires collaborative capabilities, project management, analytical skills as well as excellent decision - making. Experience in operating Digital Marketing campaigns as well as tracking them is a must and will be assessed.**Tasks**:- Collaborating with teams across the organization to find optimal strategic recommendations for marketing strategies- Supervising and managing end-to-end process optimizations.- Responsible for designing, planning and executing multivariate communication tests.- Managing teams of analytics professionals to understand customer behavior, trends, and insights.- Contribute to growing the team by presenting insights to the senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.- Analyzing, measuring, and reporting data-driven- insights in collaboration with data teams.- Collaborate with peers to design and implement multichannel and customer-centric journeys.**Requirements**:- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing intelligence or behavioral economics; preferably in a related industry- Confidence to take up challenges that seem intimidating for everybody else- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results- Decision-making and organization skills- Good communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams- Analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data- Skilled in problem solving and project management- Experience in managing projects from start to finish and maintaining them including risks, actions, issues & dependencies.- Line management or team leader experience- Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders- **Job Family Group**:Marketing- **Job Family**:Marketing Generalist- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
