We believe that when our people thrive, our company thrives.**Job Summary**:The Project Control Specialist II will support major program management jobs and individual project managers. The Project Control Specialist II will be responsible for scheduling, cost control, document control, action items management, and progress reporting. Additional duties may include assisting Project Controls Manager with internal training.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:Document Controls with knowledge of SharePoint- Tracking RFIs, Submittals, and due dates- SharePoint list Management, Improvements, and Permissions management- Tracking and coordination of engineering review plans with different departments- Working closely with the Project Management assistant to assist with administrative tasks- Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Query, DAX, and Excel Formulas- Primavera P6 schedule software experience (2-4 years)- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment- Additional Duties: execute other tasks as assigned to meet business needs.**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:- Advance English level - written and spoken- Intermediate to advance experience in Share Point- Intermediate-level understanding of scheduling principles- Proficiency with utilizing industry standard scheduling software- Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel Skills- Proficient with other MS Office 365 Applications- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills- Strong communication skills - verbal and written- Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, management, and vendors to successfully meet shifting needs-**Required Education and Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.- Minimum 3 years of experience performing the tasks described herein.**Preferred Education and Experience**:- Experience with analyzing large amount of data and developing visual graphs to communicate key information- Experience with SharePoint, Visio, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate- Experience in leading the design and implementation of Project Management Information System (PMIS)- Experience with using data management tools such as Power Pivot, Power Query, and DAX functions and formulas- 2-4 years of experience in the A/E/C industry**Additional Qualifications**:- CAPM Certification (preferred)- PMP Certification (preferred)- PMI-SP Certification (preferred)- PSP Certification (preferred)**Why RailPros?**- **Professional Growth**: RailPros offers robust opportunities for **career development**and advancement in the engineering field, providing valuable experience and mentorship.**Impactful Work**: Contribute to significant **engineering projects** and initiatives, gaining exposure to various aspects of **engineering practice** and **project execution.**Collaborative Environment**: Be part of a **supportive** and **collaborative** work culture that values teamwork and fosters a positive professional atmosphere.**Industry Exposure**: Gain comprehensive experience in **railroad engineering, safety standards,** and **regulatory compliance,** enhancing your expertise and industry knowledge.**Benefits & Perks**:- Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)- Vacations and vacation bonus- Statutory holidays- Legally mandated benefits**#LI-MTY**Follow us on Social Media
