Are you brave enough to start your next career journey?Bring your unique perspectives and expertise:- The Facility Project Specialist supports the organization by leading the execution and control of projects assigned, and assure that the work and documents guarantee the best quality and compliance within the required parameters and standards.What your day will look like:- Responsible for implementation of construction projects assuring the quality of materials and installations according with LEGO Construction Standard, communicating any deviations to the Senior Project leader.- Assure the construction work process, assuring the compliance of local construction regulations and permits including the LEGO Construction Standard reporting immediate any deviations or issue with relevant Stakeholders and Head of Project Management.- Participate with the Project Managers and Technical specialist in workshops, engineering revisions, infrastructure plans and design, to improve the scope of works, implementation plans, and construction standard process.- Assure the implementation of projects activities, supporting the required access, materials, equipment and EHS permits, review and approve the “Safe Work Plan” together with the contractor(s) or persons in charge to implement the works. Make sure that all works are performed under the latest EHS, Security and LOM requirements.- Development and implementation of activities plans for each project assigned, assuring the level of detail required (e.g. daily, weekly, hr. x hr., etc.), identify and mitigating risks that can impact the performance of projects, propose alternatives and solutions to Head of Project Management and Stakeholders.- Identify and communicate the critical activities that can impact the performance of projects assigned, proposing and implementing actions plans to mitigate the impact in work you are doing, budget, quality and performance.Are you up for the challenge?- 3-5 years of experience in civil construction of industrial buildings, installation of services (electricity, water, drainage, air conditioning, finishes), as well as special installations (access control, fire protection system, CCTV, voice and data). Project design development, construction, execution and monitoring, interpretation of architectural plans, construction plans, as built, project presentation, experience dealing with contractors and suppliers.- Education: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred.- Knowledge: AutoCAD certification or formal training.
