The Operations Manager ensures stable, predictable, and scalable execution of daily manufacturing operations within an EMS environment . This role is key to strengthening operational discipline, developing Value Stream Managers, and embedding robust production systems that consistently deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost results. With a strong P&L mindset , the Operations Manager drives budget control, routing ratio improvements, and sustainable productivity gains. Acting as a true multiplier , this role builds operational capability through people, fosters a strong continuous improvement culture, and ensures performance management and problem-solving are part of everyday operations. Responsibilities: Ensure operational stability and consistency across manufacturing operations. Coach, develop, and empower Value Stream Managers. Drive daily management routines and performance control. Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. Standardize processes to enable scalability, and ownership culture. Embed cost awareness and operational excellence into daily execution. What your profile should look like: You hold a Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field. You bring 10 years of experience in manufacturing , ideally within an EMS environment . You have a solid understanding of SMT, PCBA, and assembly operations. You are comfortable leading large, cross-functional teams through influence and coaching. You operate with a strong P&L and cost-control mindset . You communicate confidently in advanced English; basic German is a plus. You thrive in dynamic environments and are able to make clear, calm decisions under pressure. You are passionate about developing people and building sustainable operational systems. What set us apart?
