**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of product inspection and testing in conformance with QSM, regulations and standards. Including laboratory testing, environmental testing and sterilization release as applicable.Supervise the Quality Asset care, responsible for equipment calibration program and introduction of new testing equipment and its validation.Ensure the proper implementation of the Quality Plan inspections for BOC Juarez, México.To assure that procedures are followed, product is properly handled, and proper records are maintained. Assure that all material is processed in accordance with company policy, to meet GMP and other regulatory requirement. To support our company business objectives, Corporate, policies, Federal Good Manufacturing Practices, and world class manufacturing philosophies. A nível mundial, somos más de 65,000 empleados apasionados por lo que hacemos y estamos comprometidos a impulsar el mundo de la salud con soluciones desde el diagnóstico hasta el tratamiento.Únete a nosotros**Quality Control and Laboratory Manager****Education and Experience**:- College degree in Engineering Field or equivalent technical science (biology, physics, etc.)- 5 years of experience as a manager or in a Quality Assurance Lead Position.- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a medical device company.**Knowledge and Skills**:- Knowledge in FDA Quality System regulations, GMP’s, ISO-13485, MDSAP, ISO-14644 and ISO 17025- Demonstrate technical computer capability and management leadership.- Knowledge in Testing and Calibration laboratories.- Experience leading working teams.- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, project planning and work cohesively with all involved departments.- Able to fully communicate in English & Spanish.**Required Skills**:Optional Skills**Primary Work Location**: MEX Juarez Healthcare**Additional Locations**: MEX Juarez Homecare**Work Shift**:
