The group operates under various brands, VIPRE, STRONGVPN, IPVANISH, SafeSend, Inspired eLearning, Livedrive, and SugarSync.**Key Responsibilities**- Analyze and organize raw data from various ETL tools- Detect, repair, prevent data pipeline failures; identify systematic weaknesses and provide pre-emptive remedies with programming or processes- Create automation for repeating database tasks- Develop and maintain Dashboards, Apps and reports by translating functional requirements into easy-to-use, flexible report and dashboard outputs- Act as point of contact for a set of business partners requesting new reports, enhancements to existing reports, and advice on best practices in report development- Support migration from legacy billing platforms to current billing platform- Design and develop modern business intelligence solutions in AWS, beginning with a project to consolidate customer subscription data from several brands within the VIPRE Security Group into a data warehouse.- You have 3 - 5 years of programming experience with an emphasis on data processing.- You possess coding skills: SQL and Python- You have data engineering experience in a cloud services environment (preferably AWS: we use S3, Athena, Glue, and Redshift to build our BI solutions)- You have experience producing clear, easy to use dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. QuickSight)- You are a good communicator, with extensive experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver the solutions they need- You love to problem solve- You are continuously looking to improve the work that the team delivers, proactively identifying issues and opportunities**Nice To Haves**- Experience in a Zuora environment- Experience in a software subscription business- Familiarity with data preparation softwareVIPRE
