Marketing and Social Media Manager

Location: Remote (USA)Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants for our multifamily properties- Manage and nurture leads, guiding them through the leasing process- Create and optimize ad campaigns across various digital platforms and free marketing channels specific to the US housing market- Develop cost-effective ad creatives in-house or source them from external providers for all marketing channels- Lead the effort in creating and managing engaging, high-quality ad content- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign success and occupancy ratesRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 3 years at a larger firm- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, particularly in the US multifamily housing industry- Proven ability to create compelling ad content or manage cost-effective ad production- Excellent project management and leadership skills- Fluency in English, with a deep understanding of US markets and cultural nuances- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven ability to think strategically and execute tacticallyPreferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within the US real estate sector- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems- Knowledge of free marketing housing platforms in the USAIf you are a motivated, results-driven marketing professional with a deep understanding of the US multifamily housing market, a passion for driving occupancy rates, and the ability to create or source high-quality, cost-effective ad content, we'd love to hear from you.
