Job Description We are seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Category Manager - Injection Molding for Water Innovations to join our team in a highly collaborative and supportive environment. This role contributes to the success of the organization’s global sourcing strategy, ensuring the achievement of cost efficiencies, supplier excellence, and the long-term sustainability of the supply chain. Each role is a vital part of our supply chain community, with a focus on building trust, nurturing relationships, and fostering teamwork across the organization. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned categories to deliver cost savings, innovation, and supplier value. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring performance standards are met and fostering long-term partnerships. Drive negotiations for high-value contracts, focusing on cost optimization, quality, delivery performance, and risk management. Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and geopolitical factors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals. Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements through the identification of new suppliers and innovative sourcing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR a total of 10 years of relevant work experience (5+ years in Sourcing) if no college degree. 5+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement; leading, developing and managing supply chain strategy and supplier base. Experience creating category strategies to manage tariff situations in different countries. Demonstrated experience in sourcing injection molding components, including knowledge of polymer materials, mold design, and tooling project lifecycle management. Ability to travel as needed. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts while driving cost savings. Proven ability to scope and create projects to reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce supplier risk, and increase capacity. Collaborative communication and problem-solving skills with a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues. Ability to foster trust and build strong interpersonal connections with leadership teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
