**About this Location**:**About this Team**:**How you will contribute**:Responsible for planning and execution of sourcing activities by strategically leading indirect spend categories. This role has direct reports supporting management of various categories. Primary responsibilities include stakeholder and supplier relationship engagement, category plan development, market analysis, development and execution of category strategy, negotiations and contracting. Partners with and supports the needs of functional business owners and creation of policies and processes to drive compliance, while maintaining our culture and supporting our growth.Responsibilities and Desired Experience:- Lead and manage a team of category buyer/planners- Develop and implement sourcing strategies and processes across the MX facilities- Work cross-functionally with other departments to determine cost budgets and service needs- Develop and maintain supplier relations- Work with various indirect category related suppliers to help facilitate organizational needs- Continually produce concise and achievable goals and objectives for vendors- Engage with key stakeholders across multiple business units- Identify process and cost savings opportunities**Qualified Applicants will have**:**Qualified Applicants will have**:- 5-10 years of experience in procurement/sourcing management- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience- Manufacturing background preferred- Indirect Procurement experience required- Ability to negotiate contracts and establish vendor relations- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Bilingual in English and Spanish- Leadership and Management Experience**Travel Requirements**:**Physical Requirements**:
