Identify Alloys by chemical analysis, conduct Non-Destructive Testing as Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particles, dry and wet. Evaluate the performance of heat treatments, and ensure materials conform to required specifications. Root cause failure analysis services are also provided when performance issues occur with metal products. Developed Inspection plans for RAW Material and Purchased Material, PQR’s Evaluation and create and update Work Instruction for Met Lab, HVOF samples evaluation, Acid Etch Test.- **Engineering Process and Dimensional Heat Treat**:Process Control for Heat Treat equipment as Pusher and Batch furnaces, generators, Induction Machine, isotropic, shotblast, shoot peening, maintenance support, responsible for creation and update Standard and Work Instruction, SFMEA, training, HTIS recipes, emergency procedure and checklist, Include new startup equipment and Shoop Floor troubleshooting, optimization and improvements on safety, quality, Velocity and cost on all processes, support on rework organization of parts, load order, press cycle and disposition. Usage of statistical resources to analyze dimensions to have conformance in parts and NPI (Six Sigma tools), setup for recipe on HTIS, include tooling set up and tooling knowledge and control, standard work and work instructions, engineering meetings follow, and process change notifications.**What You Have**:- Completed degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering or related degree.- Knowledge of quality control, operations, and Manufacturing and/or Heat Treatment processes- Minimum experience of 3 years in Metallurgical Laboratory tests and/or Thermal Treatments.- Effective communication skills with other work groups.- Fluent in Both English and Spanish is required with good oral and written communication skills for reading manuals and specifications.**Additional Details**:- Knowledge of electric arc welding processes.- Knowledge of any Non-Destructive Testing method (UT, MT, PT, VT, etc.)- This position is in Monter
