Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._Title and SummaryDirector, Acceptance Products, Key Verticals**Responsibilities**:Develop and execute Mastercard’s carded bill pay commercialization strategy to drive adoption of Mastercard solutions and grow share of spend in the bill pay segmentEstablish and own the Bill pay product sales pipeline, working with market development and account teams across the LAC region to drive adoption of our solutions with customers, channel partners, merchants, and government authoritiesLead customer workshops and complementary programs to support sales enablement objectivesLead cross-functional initiatives with internal product teams and business owners, as well as market teams and customers to keep stakeholders informed of ecosystem needsLaunch programs to engage customers, hosting events at Mastercard and representing our solutions at industry eventsMaintain strong cross-functional working relationships to ensure alignment with global, regional, and market prioritiesAll About YouDeep experience and knowledge of merchants in the bill pay segment (telecom, insurance, rent, education, insurance, education)Market development mindset, with experience identifying and solving customer challengesExperience in roles with ownership of product management and business development objectivesInnovation mindset with the curiosity and drive to tackle complex industry challengesInfluential communicator, superb in both presentation and interpersonal skills, with a penchant for distilling complex topics into simple, clear messagesYou build strong networks, and create community with partnersAbility to work with ambiguity and manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasksDistills complex topics and analysis into simple, clear narrativesAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenariosAbility to work effectively in a highly matrixed organizationComfortable working closely with stakeholders at all levels of Mastercard’s organizationCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
