**Objective of job**Plan and realize production processes for existing and new products.Startup and parameterization of serveral technologies as part of project industrialization**Principle activities**- « Cooperate in standardizing equipment and processes- Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, under consideration of the design specifications- Create process flows, Extensive WI- Create series production layouts- Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes- Cooperate in standardizing equipment and processes- Recognize weak aspects of areas and develop suggestions to eliminate them- Determinate causes of defects / failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; if necessary by using diagnostic systems.- Conduct analisys for process optimization (e.g. value stream analyses, etc.)- Eliminate (or have eliminated) very difficult interruptions (e.g. failures, etc.) to machinery and equipment- Start equipment and adjust machinne control systems; correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional test, and generate the appropriate documentation- Create work stations documentation (drawings, best practices, process estandarization sheets)- **Job requirements**Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Mechanic, similar)Automotive IndustryManufacturingEnglish**Intégrate a nuestro equipo de trabajo y aplica ahora
