Maintains a good relation with the Union, and at the same time provides service to unionized personnel for the adequate use of their benefits.**You will be responsible for**:Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- He/She may design trainings for employees and leaders related to HR.- Aids other Human Resources Employees.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and requirements**:- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred- Excellent communication skills both written and orally - English and Spanish is required- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations at all levels of the organization.- Teamwork skills.- Disciplined person with a high sense of order.- Highly confidentiality and discretional sense.- Proficiency in MS-Office package (i.e. spreadsheets, presentation and word processing).
