Dealership Performance is a fast-growing CRM company working with dealerships around the world in the Powersports, Marine, RV, Truck, Trailer, Automotive, and Agriculture industries. We help our clients boost performance through smart, data-driven insights. We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong Power BI experience to join our team and help turn data into real results.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to dealership performance and CRM activities- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using **Power BI**:- Translate business requirements into data models and visualizations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, client services, and product development- Identify key performance trends and provide actionable insights- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting outputs**Required Qualifications**:- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role- **Advanced proficiency in Power BI** (DAX, data modeling, dashboard creation)- Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying tools- Experience with CRM data (preferably in automotive or dealership context) is a strong plus- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously**Nice to Have**:- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS**What we Offer**:- Permanent remote position- Competitive compensation- Superior law benefits- Monday-FridayTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
