At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next**:TA Coordinator LATAM****Which is the main objective of this role?**Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for Latam HQ roles based across Latin America, screen and source process and ensure open requisition accuracy working in alignment with SDT and MBS.**What will you be doing?**- Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirement- Confirm internal eligibility criteria per applicant (level / perf ratings / time in role - via Hired Score)- Develop and negotiate the offer terms (e.g. comp. sign on bonus, vacation time, benefits, etc.)- Support approvals for levels, sign-on bonuses- Review the offer, complete governance checks, and follow up on outstanding questions- Periodically review and manage open requisition report for accuracy- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuos improvement- Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities- Manage escalation and takes ownwrship for ultimate issues resolution- Manage direct reportsQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**Education/Requirements: Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills), Portuguese (Desirable)- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
