We’re seeking a talented individual to be the lead expert in configuring our cutting-edge travel platforms for new and existing clients.**What You'll Do**:- **Lead the charge**: Act as the primary expert for all platform configuration, including implementing new client platforms and transitioning existing ones.- **Be a creator**: Build and modify membership products, incentives, and other offerings within our platforms (like Azure ADO, MemberMaint, and SOR Admin).- **Collaborate and conquer**: Work closely with our Account Operations, Business Development, and Product teams to ensure configurations meet client needs and business goals.- **Troubleshoot like a pro**: Provide technical support and solve issues related to platform configuration and partner integrations.- **Own your projects**: Take charge of new client launches, ensuring every detail is perfect and projects are completed on schedule.- **Stay in the know**: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our platform, APIs, product offerings, and business models.**Who You Are**:- **Bilingual**: You are fluent in **both English and Spanish**- **Experienced**: You have 1-2 years of experience in an office environment where your attention to detail was critical.- **Tech-savvy**: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have a good grasp of database concepts. Experience with MySQL and SQL is a huge plus- **A natural organizer**: You can expertly manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- **Independent**: You’re self-directed and can maintain high productivity with mínimal supervision.- **A problem-solver**: You have a knack for auditing systems and finding the best solutions to errors or obstacles.**Who We Are**:At **_arrivia_**, we believe travel is a powerful force for good.
