**Resumen de Posición**:Machining of components for pumping equipment following the established plans, records and procedures, carrying out measurements and dimensional records during machining, with the goal of delivering components without dimensional errors, the safety of oneself and that of co-workers.**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:Under strict monitoring of the Machining process, verify that the raw material provided matches that required for the correct machining of the component, as well as trace the part and ensure that the desired machining can be obtained. Any discrepancies must be reported to the supervisor. Fill out the machining record properly (Write down values on the machining plan for each of the dimensions that are being machined)- Machine the components in the order described in the production plan, taking care of the integrity of itself and that of the parts during maneuvers. Deliver to quality control the plan with the actual dimensions written down by hand and signed when the equipment is delivered to quality control. Correctly use measuring instruments to verify the tolerances required in the machining of components. Evaluate the operations to be carried out and analyze the risks to have safe work days- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area at all times. Take care of and be responsible for the assigned tools and/or equipment- Clean, organize and store the tools / equipment / instruments used during your workday, leaving a clean work area according to the standard of order and cleanliness- Carry out one security observation per month and report it to the security area. Report your full work time in the EPICOR system using a work order/production order- Keep your machine clean, tidy, lubricated, verified and you must report any anomaly to your supervisor.**Requisitos del Puesto**:**EDUCATION**: Completed high school and/or technical career (Machine Tools or similar)CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS: Technical career certificateTSU CertificateSchool certificateEXPERIENCE: 2 years minimum as: CNC operator and conventional equipment operator (vertical / horizontal lathe, boring machine, milling machine, radial drill)SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Operation of the following machines: - Lathe / CNC Machining Center- Conventional Vertical / Horizontal lathe- Boring machine- Milling machine-Drill radial- Knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standardMust be able to carry out machining programs on CNC equipment at the machine.Use of Measuring Instruments (Vernier, outside micrometer, height caliper at least)Management of measurements and tolerances in the International System and the English SystemInterpretation of machining plans (Finishes / Tolerances / Geometric Tolerances / Details / Views)Using a PC and basic Windows operation
