**National Wholesale Manager - Mexico**Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., a leading designer, marketer, and distributor of small household and commercial appliances, has an opening for a Wholesale Manager - Mexico. This position will be located in our Mexico City, MX office. The Wholesale Manager - Mexico will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability nationwide, developing new customers and maintaining existing ones, increasing product distribution across categories.**Duties of the position include**:- Maximize sales and profitability with their assigned accounts.- Direct involvement with senior client levels where necessary and appropriate.- Developing, managing and maintaining Hamilton Beach relationships with an assignment of existing and potential multi-national chains to meet sales and profit objectives- Leading the development of process and product solutions for these customers- Leading short and long-term strategic planning for these customers- Strong knowledge managing assigned customer across regions (nationwide)- Multifunctional Project Management with other areas such as Finance, Marketing, Logistics, etc.- 10+ years managing local and international accounts, Wholesale Channel (FMCG, SKA or Electronics) within the mass retail environment in Mexico, proof of leading teams in office and remote (nationwide)- Degree in business or similar- Finance and P&L knowledgeable- Strong computer skills to include Excel and PowerPoint- Forecast management- Fluent in English**Gerente Nacional de Ventas Mayoreo - México**Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc., Diseñador, comercializador y distribuidor líder de electrodomésticos y electrodomésticos, tiene una vacante como Gerente Nacional de Ventas Mayoreo - México. Esta posición estará ubicada en nuestra oficina de la Ciudad de México, MX. El Gerente Nacional de Ventas Mayoreo - México será responsable de maximizar las ventas y la rentabilidad a nível nacional, desarrollar nuevos clientes y mantener los existentes, aumentando la distribución de productos en todas las categorías.**Las funciones del puesto incluyen**:- Maximizar las ventas y la rentabilidad con las cuentas asignadas.- Relación directa con los clientes a nível superior cuando sea necesario y apropiado.- Desarrollar, administrar y mantener las relaciones de Hamilton Beach mediante la asignación de cadenas multinacionales existentes y potenciales para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y utilidades.- Liderar el desarrollo de soluciones de procesos y productos para estos clientes.- Liderar la planificación estratégica a corto y largo plazo para estos clientes.- Experiência manejando cuentas regionales y nacionales- Manejo de proyectos multifuncionales con distintas áreas como Marketing, Finanzas, Logística, etc.- Más de 10 años gestionando cuentas locales e internacionales dentro del canal mayorista (FMCG, SKA o electrónica) en México.- Licenciatura en negocios o similar- Conocimientos en finanzas y P&L- Habilidades avanzadas de venta, negociación y presentación junto con una comprensión de la gestión de la cadena de suministro global.- Capacidad de construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes.- Capacidad de gestionar los aspectos presupuestarios y financieros del puesto.- Fuertes habilidades informáticas incluyendo Excel y PowerPoint- Gestión de Forecast- Fluidez en inglés
