Job details**Employment Type**:Full-Time**Location**:Apodaca, Nuevo Leon, Mexico**Job Category**:Information Systems**Job Number**:WD **Job Description**:**What you will do**:- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and define requirements for Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvements through technology.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Support the implementation of CPQ solutions, including integration with existing systems and processes.- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.- Provide training and support to end-users on CPQ tools and processes.- Continuously monitor and analyze CPQ system performance and user feedback for ongoing enhancements.**How you will do it**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment on CPQ objectives.- Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing pricing strategies and quotation processes.- Document business processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout project life cycles.- Assist in the development of project plans and timelines for CPQ initiatives.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in CPQ implementation.**What we look for**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Oracle CPQ systems and processes.- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience in configuring pricing models.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with experience in SQL and Excel preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing changes and challenges.- Experience with CPQ tools and ERP systems is highly desirable.Join us and be a part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and efficiency
