The company, a leading Canadian sports equipment manufacturer with two plants in Canada, is expanding with its first operation in Mexico, located in Apodaca, Nuevo León. We are looking for a:
**Global Senior IT Business Analyst**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, BTM, Accounting, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the IT sector.
- Advanced English.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to lead end-to-end business IT solution projects, strategic and operational.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Epicor) and related technologies, with knowledge of ERP modules and business processes relevant to functional areas (e.g., finance, customer service, supply chain).

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and third-party vendors to design effective solutions.
- Facilitate design sessions with development teams to ensure clear understanding.
- Lead or assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop test plans and test cases to validate system functionality.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for improvement.
- Ensure all solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
- Coordinate incident response, diagnose, and resolve issues.
