The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the company's financial information, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision making.**Your Role**:- Support plant controller on supervising month end close process (journal entries, variance analysis, financial closing)- CAPEX and Fixed Assets control (forecast, capitalizations, transfers, disposals, audit)- Complete daily operational KPIs, monitoring and reporting.- Support plant controller on forecast and weekly financial updates.- Participate in special projects & analysis ( Cost Improvement & Controlling projects)- Participate in BOM audits and reviews of standard cost on all parts, including annual cost roll.- Participate in physical inventories as auditors coordinator.- Support plant controller on internal controls activities( development, implementation and monitoring).- Operational expense determination, segregation, control and Analysis.**Your Background**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.- 4-5 years experience in the automotive industry on cost or controlling related functions.- Intermediate - Advanced English.- Advanced management of Microsoft Office packages.- Analytical ability, critical thinking, Results-driven, disciplined and highly motivated.- Excellent communication skills, capable of drive and work with multidisciplinary teams.- SAP FICO is a plus.**Why join us?**- You can grow at Aptiv.
