**Job Details**

We are hiring an FP&A Sr. Analyst in our business center. This individual will act as the Financial Planning business partner and will be spear-heading the financial quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and outlook processes for the SG&A function of the Fire Detection business.

**What will you do?**

This position is responsible to consolidate the explanations and analyze variances by function, communicate them to the functional leaders and support Field. S/he will provide financial support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, analysis and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.

**How will you do it?**
- Collaborating during month end close with accurate accruals, correct allocations and required approvals while supporting the timely identification and resolution of potential discrepancies
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators with full responsibility on SG&A Financials
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, providing insights and decision-making support to the business
- Drive the financial quarterly and monthly forecast, annual budget, and outlook processes for SG&A.
- Compiling financial information for business reviews, including Monthly Actuals, Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, and ad-hoc presentations
- Giving financial support on specific expenses initiatives and IT projects
- Ensuring adequate internal controls are maintained

**What we look for?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or Engineering
- Relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, cost accounting and projects evaluation
- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise and Essbase knowledge highly required.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the organization. Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
