Position Summary At 5411 Hub , we are partnering with a leading global technology and supply chain consulting firm to find an experienced Project Manager to join their PMO team. This professional will work closely with existing Project Managers to lead SAP IBP and related supply chain implementation projects, ensuring delivery excellence across global teams. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a results-driven, organized, and communicative leader with solid SAP project management experience—ideally in SAP IBP—who thrives in dynamic environments, values collaboration, and can translate complex business needs into actionable delivery plans. Key Responsibilities Project Ownership and Delivery Own the full project lifecycle—scope, plan, execution, and delivery. Manage projects using Smartsheets, Leankit, JIRA, or other PM tools. Ensure delivery within approved budget, scope, and quality standards. Coordinate internal and external resources, track progress, and support project invoicing. Lead governance and reporting: risks, issues, deliverables, and milestones. Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement. Ensure high-quality documentation and traceability across deliverables. Leadership and Team Collaboration Act as a trusted leader within cross-functional teams, removing roadblocks and promoting accountability. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming). Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture centered on customer success and service excellence. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary liaison between the client and delivery teams. Translate business requirements into actionable project plans. Contribute to service definitions, Statements of Work (SOWs), and operational plans. Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to all stakeholders. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience, including project management functions. Proven experience managing SAP projects; SAP APO or SAP IBP experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, written and spoken. PMP/PMI certification or equivalent. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with Smartsheets, Leankit, JIRA, or similar tools. Experience leading distributed, global teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset. MBA or equivalent business background. Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes. Curiosity and technical interest in how SAP and cloud-based supply chain solutions are built and deployed. Remote position aligned to North American CST time zone.
