Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best-in-class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our Helpware team.**Responsabilities**:- Strong understanding of and ability to create, demonstrate and deliver multi-media advertising solutions over the phone- Identify and discuss advertising needs with your prospects- Design proposals for prospects based on a needs assessment- Ensure all documentation & reports are complete and accurate.- Consistently meet established objectives- Represent YPG professionally and enthusiastically both to internal and external customers**Requierement**:**Minimum 1 year of successful experience in Telephone Sales**- Previous sales experience in a retail or call center environment preferred- Google Certification an asset- Available to work between 8:30-5 Monday to Friday- Knowledge of both creative and directive advertising across multiple mediums including print, online,- Strong business acumen.- Ability to establish partnerships with internal and external customers.- Strong sales skills, hunter mentality- Excellent communications skills along with professional telephone manner- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Compete to win attitude. Motivated by results to achieve company set targets- Desire for continuous learning/improvement- Strong computer aptitude - CRM tools and Microsoft Office- Can work independently to manage/ prioritize your tasks to achieve desired outcomes- Self-motivated to exceed company sales targets with a customer focusLo que ofrecemos- Sueldo base: $18,000 MXN brutos mensuales- Comisión: 5% por cada venta realizada (sin tope)- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día- Capacitación 100% pagada- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores (a partir del 3er mes)- Vales de despensa: $1,000 MXN mensuales**Requisitos**:- Nível de inglés C1/C2- 1 año mínimo de experiência en ventas B2B vía telefónica- Vivir dentro del Área Metropolitana de GuadalajaraHorario- Entrenamiento: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 AM a 4:00 PM (durante 6 semanas, en oficina).- Operaciones: Lunes a viernes de 8:00 AM a 8:00 PM EST (se asigna un turno de 40 hrs semanales).- La mayoría de turnos son de 8:30 AM a 5:30 PM EST- Recuerda: Guadalajara tiene 1 hora menos (y se ajusta con daylight savings).Modalidad de trabajo- Entrenamiento presencial en oficina.- Operaciones desde casa, siempre que mantengas un buen desempeño, conexión estable a internet y residas dentro del área metropolitana de Guadalajara.(En caso de bajo desempeño, problemas de conexión o solicitud del cliente o helpware, podría requerirse regresar al sitio.)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $18,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
