**Job description****Key Responsibilities**:- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger activities.- Close the monthly and annual books in a timely and accurate manner.- Prepare financial statements and reconcile accounts.- Implement and manage cost accounting processes to track production costs and ensure accurate inventory valuation.- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic reconciliations.- Liaise with management to provide financial insights and reporting.- Work collaboratively with teams in both Mexico and California to streamline accounting processes.- Develop and improve financial policies and internal controls.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.- Proficiency in closing books and preparing financial statements.- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Quickbooks a plus).- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have previous experience implementing and managing cost accounting processes to track production costs and ensure accurate inventory valuation?- Do you have experience working in a manufacturing industry?- Are you able to have a fluent conversation in English?- Do you have a bachelor´s degree in accounting?Work Location: In person
