Held is actively seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support our NetSuite ERP team and maintain NetSuite throughout the company’s transition to D365, as well as potentially supporting the integration of any J.S. Held acquisitions that use NetSuite. The NetSuite Administrator will report directly to the Corporate Systems Manager and support our team of 1400+ professionals globally.**Position and Responsibilities**- This role will provide general NetSuite support for J.S. Held employees- Correspond and follow up on technical incident tickets- Investigate and implement solutions to NetSuite issues both individually and as part of a team- Collaborate with our NetSuite team and senior leaders on complex business issues- Support company integrations and the migration of data into NetSuite from newly acquired companies- Assist with projects related to enhancing NetSuite functionality and bug fixes- Maintain legacy NetSuite archive after go-live of D365 F&O**Essential Skills and Qualifications**- 3 to 5 years of NetSuite administration experience with demonstrated proficiency in the following areas:- Projects module- Saved Searches- SQL formulas in saved searches- Time entry records- Security roles/permissions- Dashboards- Invoice/billing processes- CSV Imports- Expenses- Custom Records- Experience in Help Desk environments and with end-user support- Understanding of change control processes- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Microsoft Excel Experience including working knowledge of VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, etc.- Preferred:- Experience with Concur expense management- NetSuite Administrator Certification- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience**Other**- Language Skills: Professional Level Fluency in English- Travel: None- This position is remote.
