**JOB TITLE: TEMPORARY POSITION OF WAREHOUSE MANAGER****Department: WAREHOUSE****Date: OCTOBER 2024*****Support activities in Warehouse- Coordinate units in warehouse, (units to be loaded according to authorized curtains, revision of fumigation certificate in unit and that it is clean and without trace of liquids for loading).- Request curtain opening with security and Supply Chain personnel.- Coordinate Express Operators (request QR to customer for access, as well as with supply chain, and load process according to waves).- Perform physical counts of de-allocations to reconcile quantities with supply chain according to status and 1056 files.- Constant communication with Supply Chain to send 1056 files and close in their system.- Review floor orders reported by eSW fraud department, return them if applicable to reverse warehouse area.- Availability to rotate shifts, for night loads.**QUALIFICATIONS****Support several departments and managers at the same time.**- Outstanding Service Attitude.- Proactive.- Achievement oriented.- Proactivity / Recursion.- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.- A minimum of three years administrative support experience, preferably at a professional services firm.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Highly motivated; self-starter, strong customer service focus.**Job Types**: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 2 monthsPay: From $20,000.00 per month**Language**:- ENGLISH (required)Work Location: In person
