**JOB TITLE: TEMPORARY WAREHOUSE MANAGER****Department: WAREHOUSE****Date**: OCTUBRE 2024***Support activities in Warehouse- Coordinate units in warehouse, (units to be loaded according to authorized curtains, revision of fumigation certificate in unit and that it is clean and without trace of liquids for loading).- Request curtain opening with security and Supply Chain personnel.- Coordinate Express Operators (request QR to customer for access, as well as with supply chain, and load process according to waves).- Perform physical counts of de-allocations to reconcile quantities with supply chain according to status and 1056 files.- Constant communication with Supply Chain to send 1056 files and close in their system.- Review floor orders reported by the company fraud department, return them if applicable to reverse warehouse area.- Availability to rotate shifts, for night loads.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Combination of training and experience.- Written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and as an integral member.- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management skills.- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information.- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Highly motivated.- Works cooperatively with other team members.**Job Types**: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 2 monthsPay: From $22,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- oficina: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Inglés (required)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Work Location: In person
