Social Media Campaign Manager

Position Overview:The Social Media Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic social media campaigns that align with our brand goals. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creativity, and strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with our global audience, and ensure our social media channels deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) to meet marketing goals.Create, schedule, and manage content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engaging messaging.Analyze and optimize campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to improve ROI.Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to produce engaging content (copy, images, videos).Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.Engage with online communities, manage comments/messages, and build strong relationships with our audience.Develop paid ad campaigns on social platforms, manage budgets, and track performance.Prepare detailed campaign reports with performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in managing social media campaigns.Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing social media ads.Strong knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.Creativity and a deep understanding of audience engagement strategies.Experience in global campaigns and familiarity with US markets is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Fully remote position with flexible work hours.Opportunity to work with a dynamic, international team.Growth opportunities within a US-based company.Professional development programs and resources.Paid time off, holidays, and other benefits.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are a great fit for this position.
