They help businesses grow online through tailored marketing strategies, focusing on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads and sales. The company caters to a diverse range of industries, helping clients achieve their marketing goals with measurable results.**Responsibilities**:- Develops and maintains positive business relationships with clients.- Creates video content, copywriting and/or graphics that effectively drive followers, likes, engagement, and conversions.- Analyzes social media and search engine advertising leads & conversions with use of platforms, such as Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager & Google Analytics and adjusts campaigns accordingly.- Develops innovative strategies to attract sales conversions for clients through various web-based marketing programs and optimization techniques.- Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.- Reports campaign results to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.- Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.- Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.- Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and optimization techniques.- Communicates service and billing changes to standard and in keeping with the client’s signed contract agreement.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or related field- At least 1 year marketing campaign management OR combination of marketing internship and campaign management- Thorough understanding of internet marketing and general marketing strategies.- Knowledge of social media and HTML.- Excellent verbal, written, and video communication skills.- High level of self-awareness.- Broad knowledge of current events, including political, social, and technological trends.- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills.- Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail.- Ability to conduct and correctly interpret research and web analytics.- Ability to implement marketing plans.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.**Benefits**:- PTO- Sick Days- Bereavement LeavePay: $49,286.95 per monthWork Location: Remote
