**The Role**:**What You’ve Done**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- **3-5 years of professional experience in software development.**:- **3+ years of experience using Python and PostgreSQL.**:- **1+ years with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.****Who You Are**:Technical Skills:- Proficient in Python programming language.- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including writing complex SQL queries, designing- schemas, and performance tuning.- **Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.**:- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.- Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.**Nice to Haves**:- Experience with other programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.**What You’ll Do**:Develop and Maintain Software Applications:- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Database Management:- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and procedures.- Ensure data integrity and performance tuning of PostgreSQL databases.- Collaborate with the data team to integrate and manage databases effectively.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.Ensure Best Practices:- Follow agile development practices.- Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and code.- Implement and advocate for best practices in software development and database management.**We offer**:- Base salary.- Food Vouchers.- 30-day Christmas bonus.- Vacation bonus of 35%- Life and Medical Insurance.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Python: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Flask: 1 año (Deseable)- Django: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Software Developer: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- advanced conversational English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 23/09/2024
