Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer (communications) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, this role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.What a typical day looks like:- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.- Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.- Evaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.- May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.- Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques.- Resolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.- Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production.- Create and maintain process documentation.- Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector.- Defines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechatronics, or similar engineering.- Test engineer with knowledge of functional equipment.- Experience with the Python platform- Advanced English is mandatory.- Script development.- Experience in data analysis.- Personnel management.- Experience with NPI.- Knowledge in fault analysis and reading electrical diagrams.- Experience in communication topology for servers, fabrics, liner cards, and switches.- Leadership- Decision-making- Data analysis and test development- Self-directed- Discipline, integrity, and honesty- MS Microsoft Office- Works under pressure.- OrganizedWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- Life InsuranceAU51Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
