Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Guadalajara Norte.Reporting to the Test Engineer, the Test Engineer’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.- Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.- Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.- Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues.- Develops and/or modifies test programs using various languages like Python- Develops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level.- Develops test plans and procedures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures.- Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS activities.- Performs failure analysis on functional test failures.- Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS activities.- Experience in electronical industry (desirable).The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Intermediate English- Bachelor’s Degree- Develops instrument drivers.- Leadership for managing work teams and effective communication with other departments.- Develops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level.- Designs and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.- Develops test plans and procedures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of functional test development and enhancements.- Designs, develops and/or supports environmental test programs, procedures and profiles- Designs and/or supports mechanical/electrical interfaces for product tests.- Performs failure analysis on environmental test failures.- Coordinates 3rd party development of ESS (Environmental Stress Screening) activities.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceEM57Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
