Job Summary:The Enterprise Processing Support Associate III provides processing support to internal/external customers and business partners. This job utilizes a variety of systems and channels to complete a wide range of assignments comprised of multiple tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Processes data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines- Provides service, information and procedural guidance to customers- Selects appropriate alternative tools and procedures from clearly defined options- Receives and responds to an assortment of communications with internal and external teams, agents, consumers and/or business partners- Validates, edits and corrects more complicated data- Handles unique or complex customer interactions- Identifies need for process changes and assists with creating and maintaining standard policy and procedure documentationSupervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory dutiesPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience- High School Diploma or equivalent- 1+ years’ relevant experienceFunctional Skills- Ability to listen and ask questions to understand needs and provide service- Ability to learn new processes, systems or guidelines- Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences- Strong communication skills in a variety of mediumsIntegon, a Great Place to Work, provides innovative technology and customer support services to major personal lines insurance providers, including Fortune 100 companies rated A+ (Superior), by A.M.
