Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a senior system administrator (SYSADMIN)- **Full Time** - to join our team in Mexico.Location: RemoteNTT Data Services is looking for an energetic fast learning and self-motivated person that has strong technical and team leadership skills, able to work well with groups on a global level, and a consultative approach and problem-solving abilities to enable our business partners to operate more effectively.**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Application performance/functionality issues with vendor coordination.- knowledge on Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADCS, Active directory.- IIS Administration Knowledge (Application pool management, Service restart, pools scheduling, etc)- Good experience with installing/configuring/troubleshooting SSL certificates.- Windows server upgrading, patching, troubleshooting.- Need to be strong in Communication skills.- Able to interact with US Vendors.- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills.- ITIL knowledge or ITIL certification.This is a 100% remote work position.
