**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Load Balancer Networking Specialist advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Load Balancer Networking Specialist advisor**We are currently seeking a Load Balancer Networking Specialist advisor to join our team in Mexico**Position overview**- The Load balancer Network Engineer will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT Services, helping to ensure our client’s datacenter disruptions are quickly and efficiently resolved. As part of our Network Engineering team, you will be responsible for steady-state support of the customer's network, including all incidents, requests, problem records, and tasks associated with that support as well as design and implement new load balanced solutions for our client’s environment.**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:- Testing, maintenance, and analysis of all elements of the load balanced facilities.- Maintain SLA metrics.- Advise on security issues and/or implications to network solutions- Overcome obstacles and drive work efforts to successful completion, achieving the intended result without any adverse impact to the production environment- Contribute to projects to improve product support, customer satisfaction and team efficiency- Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues and clearly communicate these to other engineers, customers and/or relevant managers**Qualifications****Core Skills- Advance knowledge of network performance, network administration and troubleshooting techniques.- Working experience with F5, NSX AVI and SSL certificate management- Knowledge of network related hardware and software (including routers, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, etc.)- F5 BIG-IP or VMware NSX Advanced Load Balancer (Avi) for Operators certifications- AWS Practitioner**Nice to have skills, but not required**:- BIG-IP LTM Specialist- IPAM systems- Experience working in IT Outsourcing and Managed services organization**Education Requirements**- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant experience in an enterprise load balanced environment or equivalent combination of education and work experience.**About NTT DATA Services****About NTT DATA Services****_NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
