Job Description:

Santa Catarina Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to finished goods, raw materials, and packs within SCA & SID warehouse. This person will work side by side with the Site Leadership team & Supply to create the long-term Warehouse Strategy and continually evaluate and improve service and costs. This will be accomplished through building and developing an effective team, improving capabilities, systems integration, and process improvements. Will ensure compliance with all Mars Safety, Quality, and Associates Standards, taking into consideration global and local manufacturing policies for the site.

Will ensure that Operation & Security processes are in place and followed by the associates & suppliers.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related studies.
  • SAP WH Management Module Knowledge (Reports & transactions).
  • 2+ years of demonstrated people management experience leading a department through collaboration with critical suppliers and internal colleagues.
  • 2+ years of experience in related areas, such as supply chain, production, and planning.
  • Understanding of physical logistics management and its impact on the company's financials.
  • Possesses an analytical understanding of the value and impact of information (managing and reporting data effectively).
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer focus.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Deliver Annual Business results

  • Accountable for Storage & Handling financial results for SCA WHS.
  • Create & deliver results of VLYoY.
  • Manage and achieve targeted cost and service KPIs and objectives for transportation and distribution. This will include contract negotiations, system technologies, process improvements, and organizational changes.
  • Accountable for Inventory Annual Audit (Results & Organization).

Lead, analyze, and evaluate warehouse improvements that will support business growth

  • Lead Standards implementation according to global guidelines for the WH and improve the currents in order to achieve Operational Excellence.
  • Monitor and improve throughput and efficiency.
  • Digitalize Warehouse Operations.
  • Source to production all the raw packs and service in storage and handling to warranty factory and business continuity.

Development of team and talent pipeline

  • Engage, coach, and inspire the team with a visible leadership approach.
  • Develop successors and drive discipline around development plans.
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the team and oversee the implementation of all strategies focused on MSE.

QMP accountable

  • MU QMP Internal Audit with zero critical findings.
  • Complete 100% of Q&FS Mandatory Training program.
  • Communicate product-related incidents with impact in Q&FS.
  • Implement changes, new processes, or new products in a safe manner in compliance with Quality & Food Safety standards.
