Global Data Subject Rights Lead

Through a strong partnership with the Privacy Office (Legal), Technology Services and Legal Services, the role will ensure a centralized, standardized, and efficient method for processing Data Subject Access Rights requests across the world that ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines.The Global Data Subject Rights Lead ensures the operation of efficient and effective processes to enable compliance with global regulations, through problem solving across people, process and technology challenges. This role is integral to the company's privacy program and responsible for determining how to meet new and changing business needs for the privacy pillar of individual’s rights.**What You’ll Do for Us**- Leverage strong privacy and data governance background to help solve TCCC privacy process opportunities by partnering with geographically cross-functional teams and data sources- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with TCCC and third-party vendor stakeholders to problem solve and enhance tools or processes.- Emphasis on best practice sharing and adoption, balancing a global approach with local exception requirements- Ownership and stewardship of the TCCC Global DSR program including the design and documentation of the strategy and delivery of implementation- Product owner of Data Subject Rights module in TCCC’s OneTrust environment- Partner with Privacy Office (Legal) to ensure mínimally compliant processes are in place across all TCC markets for Data Subject Rights- Prioritize TCCC markets for onboarding of local DSR processes to OneTrust for request automation- Continuously assess and prioritize TCCC markets for DSR process automation opportunities (i.e. information request, update requests, erasure requests, etc.)- Ensure the availability of timely and accurate metrics that communicate the level of quality of the TCCC Global DSR program, including cost to serve and SLA compliance**Qualification & Requirements**- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and/or relevant experience, Master's degree is a plus- Hands on collaboration experience with third-party vendors implementing privacy technology solutions, OneTrust strongly preferred- Excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve or develop actionable solutions- Exemplifies and fosters teamwork (embrace Data & Analytics Services #Oneteam concept)- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-changing business environment- Ability to anticipate changing business requirements and work proactively to properly position privacy process changes or tool adoption- Broad expertise in Project Management / Implementation**What We Can Do For You**- ** Agile & Innovative Software Platforms**:Each day we are working to improve efficiency and reporting using top tier platforms and technologies.- ** Connections**:We work cross-functionally across different business groups to make sure that we can put together the clearest numbers & projections for our customers.- ** Expansive & Diverse Global System**:We work with a diversified group of stakeholders.**Skills**Data Governance; Database Governance; Privacy Regulations; Global Privacy; Privacy by Design; Privacy Compliance; Master Data Governance**Our Purpose and Growth Culture**:We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
