Overview We are seeking a hands-on Lead Data Analyst to support AI-driven forecasting initiatives within the finance domain. The role will support our platform, Mosaic, which delivers a systemized capability for the complete planning and forecasting process by customer, product, and business unit across the sector, as well as reporting analytics for actuals. The candidate will use Synapse Analytics to integrate big data and data warehousing to query structured and unstructured data, and Teradata to handle enterprise-level data warehousing with SQL-based transformations. Involved in stakeholder management, guiding them with data-driven insights. Compensation: $ /HR USD Must-Have Skills Ability to translate complex business requests into technical requirements Advanced/Strong SQL skills for extracting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources Appetite for learning and applying functional knowledge in finance and forecasting Strong English communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and business users Experience in categorizing and scaling solutions across new and existing markets Plusses Experience supporting USA based companies/global companies Experience with Databricks, Python, Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF) Experience supporting Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Responsibilities Lead data analytics tasks to support AI-driven forecasting initiatives within finance. Work with Mosaic to deliver planning and forecasting capabilities across customers, products, and business units. Perform data modeling, SQL transformations, and data warehousing activities using Synapse Analytics and Teradata. Communicate insights to stakeholders and guide data-driven decision making.
