**Objectives of the position**:- Provide technical support and services required in the company's business units.- Ensure that production areas are operable with technological infrastructure.- Make improvements to the company's IT equipment and systems**Requirements and skills**:- University level (Interns or recent graduates)- Essential conversational English (The interview will be in English, daily contact with foreign staff)**Software**:- Practical knowledge in web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focused on integration with Web Forms and developing functional interfaces.**Database (SQL Server)**:- Skill in creating, modifying, and executing queries in Microsoft SQL Server.- Experience in developing and maintaining Stored Procedures, functions, and triggers.- Understanding of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization.**Hardware and Technical Support**:- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer equipment failures, including identification and replacement of physical components (RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc.).- Ability to resolve driver-related issues and hardware compatibility.- General knowledge of technological devices (printers, scanners, projectors, etc.) for configuration and troubleshooting.**Infrastructure and Networks**:- Experience in the physical installation of network devices: switches, servers, NAS storage.- Knowledge in structured cabling: organizing, piping, labeling, and connectivity testing.- Ability to collaborate on technological infrastructure projects, including moves or network expansions.**WE OFFER**:- Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5:36pm- Monthly salary from $26,000 to $31,000 MXN- Biweekly payment- Christmas Bonus 28-days- Vacation bonus 35%- Savings Fund 11%- Food vouchers 11%- GMM Insurance- Life insurance- Vacation days according to the law.- Annual variable bonus for performance.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de Inglés?Idioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha límite para postularse: 16/09/2025Fecha de inicio prevista: 17/09/2025
