Typically has a minimum of 10-12 years of immigration experience, with significant experience as in establishing the immigration process in 2 countries or more.**Responsibilities**- Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Associate Director on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and OKRs- Overseeing the final stages of hiring for key regional positions, including negotiation of job offers.- Conducting regular performance review and providing feedback to Team Leaders.- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.- Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related day to day operations.**Qualifications**- 10+ years of experience in global immigration or mobility operations, ideally in high-volume, fast-paced environments.- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.- In-depth knowledge of immigration regulations and processes across key regions- Proven ability to develop and implement regional immigration strategies aligned with business goals and compliance standards.- Familiarity with corporate immigration policies, global mobility frameworks, and vendor management.- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience advising senior leadership and collaborating with legal, HR, and compliance teams.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**Total Rewards**Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
