**Medical Billing Specialist (Bilingual - Fluent English Required)**:- Guadalajara, Jalisco - In-office, full-time_- Salary: $28,000-$33,000 MXN/month + performance bonus_**About Us**We are a U.S.based behavioral health and medical organization expanding our operations to Guadalajara. Our mission is to help individuals access the care they need through efficient, compassionate, and accurate billing services.We are looking for talented, fluent-English professionals to join our billing team and support our U.S. operations.**Responsibilities**- Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims (electronic).- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance carriers.- Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile billing accounts.- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial and patient data.**Requirements**:- **Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)** — verbal and written (tested during interview).- Minimum 1 year of experience in **medical billing, insurance verification, or healthcare administration.**:- Strong computer and data-entry skills (Excel, EMR, billing platforms).- Ability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST).- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience with U.S. insurance companies (e.g., BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna).- Knowledge of EOBs, CPT codes, and billing cycle management.- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.**We Offer**- Competitive salary**:₱28,000-₱33,000 MXN/month**, based on experience.- Performance bonuses and growth opportunities.- Full legal benefits (IMSS, vacation, aguinaldo).- Paid training in U.S. billing systems.- Stable, long-term position with a growing international company.Pay: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
