We’re looking for a dynamic professional looking to join a global healthtech company in a high-visibility role to make an impact on public health in your region. The good part is that it could be avoided if people followed their doctor's prescription and lifestyle recommendations. The sad part is that they don't due to lack of awareness of danger, unwillingness to change lifestyle,and costs to follow treatment (lifelong).If you have an Apple phone, you can access the Elfie app here (geofenced):**ABOUT THE ROLE****Responsibilities***Coordinate the public launch of Elfie platform in your country in partnership with our local pharmaceutical partner;*Localize the solution and its marketing collaterals to the market languages or local specificities;*Develop local brand partnerships to include rewards (cf. gamification features in the Elfie app);*Identify medical, marketing and sales opportunities in your country to accelerate the adoption of the solution;*Act as the representative of the company with regards to local external parties;*Help build the local team and operations and cultivate a culture of quality and innovation.**Experience & expertise**:*Experience as an external consultant leading digital transformation projects in multinational companies;*Experience in the healthcare sector with prior exposure to pharmaceutical companies ways to working;*Experience in digital marketing from acquisition to engagement to retention via content, community, influencer, media;*Experience in digital health or technology startup companies is a plus yet not mandatory;*Fluency in Spanish and English.**Mindset**:*Positive self-driven attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals;*Ability to influence without authority with the resilience to drive change in large organizations*Willing to learn and able to be coached to perform*Appetite to travel across Latin America to ensure the launch of several markets and the recruitment of local team**What's great about this role?***The mission of the company (cf. above 'About Elfie')*The proven and experienced leadership team has 20+ years in digital health, software development, partnership creationin both bluechip companies and startups;*Global and best-in-class solution with global footprint in Americas, Europe and Asia;*Strong medical and financial credibility with high-growth;**What's difficult about the role?***You are fully accountable for the success of Elfie in your country;*You need to influence large organizations in a complex sector which requires resilience and strong communication skills;*You will work in a fast-paced environment with colleagues working across the world.*You will need to learn how Elfie works and adjust to detail-oriented and performance-focused culture.**What is the package & terms***Global contract with USD salary;*Base salary: $2,000~3,000 for 5-12 years of relevant experience;*Bonus: quarterly performance based on patient acquisition & retention targets;*Probation: 2 months;*Benefits: 14 days of paid-vacation, healthcare coverage (starts after probation), transportation budget;*Job location: Lomas de Chapultepec (Mexico) (Monday to Thursday), Home office (Friday);*Working hours: starts at 9:30am, ends when you decide**What is the recruitment process?**- Consulting case preparation on a healthtech topic (assessment of presentation and communication skills)- CEO interview (strengths, weaknesses)- Pharmaceutical partner interview (cultural fit)- Offer (nego and contract)**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per year
