In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Working with HR Management to ensure is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic Engineer.- +2 years of experience working in operational tasks in Manufacturing industries.- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)- Experience and/or knowledge in Production Planning at the shop floor level.- Ability to manage personnel and technical skills to understand and follow electrical and mechanical drawings.**More about us**:
