Guide and train operative personnel through the required activities to meet quality and manufacturing standards.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Make sure the assigned hourly personnel follow the safety rules and be aware of any upcoming and potentially unsafe condition that requires immediate attention.- Coordinate the Production Plan and Execution of the Wiring Panels (internal and outsourced), which is the most critic and labor consuming activity performed in the Production Areas.- Coordinate the required training for the assigned wiring hourly personnel to guarantee quality and manufacturing standards are met.- Balance workload for the assigned hourly personnel to be able to react to the requirements from customers.- Coordinate the Daily Operational Review (when temporally substitute the Production Supervisor in first shift), where all the support areas are involved to follow the plan to meet the required objectives. Follow the individual performance of the wiring hourly personnel to be able to make the required assessment per employee in a three-month basis.- Provide feedback to Engineering and Manufacturing to be able to improve methods that enhance productivity.- Perform One Point Lessons to reinforce concepts that are critical for the correct performance in manufacturing. Support the Production Supervisors with assigned group so that they are covered when they use their vacations or have to be absent from the factory.**Your background**:- +2 years of experience working in operational tasks in Manufacturing industries; production schedules.- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.- Knowledge in Production Planning at the shop floor level.- Experience on assembly processes and managing hourly personnel.- Comply with all the procedures and instructions of the Integrated Management System; Lean Six Sigma.**More about us**:
